I help SaaS companies build customer marketing and ABM programs that drive growth and retention. With over 10 years of experience in SaaS marketing, I’ve learned how to take scattered tactics and turn them into clear, thoughtful programs that build stronger relationships and support real business goals. I’ve worked at MarTech companies focused on personalization, and that mindset carries through everything I do. I believe the best marketing makes people feel seen. Whether it’s a creative gifting moment or a pilot ABM program, I focus on the details that make an impact - without needing a huge team or tech investment. I was fortunate to work at some exceptional tech companies in New York City that truly valued customer relationships. During that time, I saw firsthand how powerful it is when customer success, marketing, and sales work together toward a shared goal. Those experiences shaped how I approach customer and ABM programs today. I wanted to take what I’ve learned, build programs I genuinely believe in, and help more companies turn their customers into champions.
